Benefits

Insurance

Through our group insurance plan, CTi pays 50% of the premium for Kaiser Plan 25. To be eligible, employees must complete 90 days of full-time employment. The premium is age based. You may choose a different plan option and pay the difference in premium cost.

Savings plan - 401(K)

Participation is entirely voluntary. To be eligible, employees must be at least 21 years of age and complete 1 year of service. Once enrolled, CTi matches 50% on the first 4% of the participant’s compensation.

Vacation

Our industry-competitive vacation schedule means you do not have to wait to complete one year of service before enjoying a little time off – you’re eligible for vacation after completing 90 days of full-time employment as the days are earned!

Sick Time

40 hours of paid sick time each year that accrues from the day you are hired and available after you have completed 90 days of full-time employment. An active employee possessing sick time remaining at the time of their anniversary will be paid in a lump sum distribution. We value your commitment to success!

Training

CTi utilizes a training program that has proven to make people successful in the collections industry. You will find that each department has clearly defined career path prerequisites that make preparing for a successful career only as limited as your own drive. We develop people to lead our industry.

Life-long learning

We support your drive for ongoing education – use what you learn in class in the company under the helpful eye of experienced mentors. We offer free participation in company-sponsored development and training, and online technical and soft skills training through CTi’s School of Management Training. Do you want to move into management? This multifaceted training and career planning function provides our top people with the skills and knowledge they need to apply for and succeed in management positions in our growing company.

Holidays

Most employees will observe 6 holidays each year including December 25 and New Year's Day. To be eligible for holiday pay, you must be on the active payroll on the day of the holiday and have completed 90 days of full time employment.
