Client Relations Representative

The Client Relations Representative works with the Client Relations Manager to ensure all reporting, documentation, loan processes and related tasks associated with the collection of defaulted student loans is successfully completed. The Client Relations Representative will be responsible for both administrative (clerical) and client contact functions. In addition to the above, the Client Relations Rep. will be responsible for gathering data and analyzing reports for each client. He/She will report this information to the Lead Client Relations Rep. in conjunction with the Client Relations Manager and provide assistance in developing new strategies to improve productivity.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Establish/maintain daily communication with all Clients
Ensure timely deliverables of all client information and reports
Create/update client reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Create/update information on collection accounts
Serves as liaison between clients and company and shares communication with other departments
Complete tasks accurately
Follow up and perform necessary task accounts

Summary:

Perform a full range of compliance responsibilities including information verification, account analysis, report preparation and quality control.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitoring account activity, phone call monitoring
Correspondence activity: verifying timely responses/proper routing of documents
Review of due diligence activities: including letters sent, phone call attempts, and skip tracing
Review of new placement for collector activity: first phone attempt, first letter, or skip tracing
Quality control review of additional administrative activities

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
Detail oriented
Ethical
Strong Microsoft office skills
Must be able to work 40+ hours a week
Maintain a good attendance record
